How do schools get it for classroom iPads?

Is there a TI-84 Evo app for iPhone?
Texas Instruments does not offer a TI-84 Evo app for iPhone or iPad. The TI-84 Evo online calculator runs in the browser, needs sign-in and internet, and ships as a license with the handheld.
